Employment Criteria:

Positions of Professors: should have first-class academic progress in international or domestic advanced research. Be able to continue publishing articles on international or domestic top-tier journals. Be able to turn into pioneering leaders in academic research fields. Have a rich expertise in teaching, with proven successful teaching outputs.

Positions of Associate Professors: should have proven tracks of academic results with high-level influences. Have potentials in publishing articles on international or domestic top-tier journals. Have a rich teaching expertise, with successful teaching outputs.

Positions of Assistant Professors: should have prestigious backgrounds of education. Have foreseeable potentials in scientific research, with proven cases of publishing articles on any major international academic conference in related research fields. Be able to conduct all-English classes.

Individual resume, a list of academic research results in most recent 5 years (attached with 3 representatives of original copies), 3 recommendation letters, a verification letter of current vocational positions, as well as other related materials or certifications.

副教授:已获得具有较高学术影响力的学术成果,具有在国际高等级期刊或国内顶级期刊上发表学术论文的能力或潜力;具有较丰富的教学经验,教学效果优良;
讲师:具有优秀的教育背景,具有良好的科研潜质与能力,并已在所属领域的主要国际学术会议上宣读论文;能够较快胜任全英语授课的教学任务。
