The BI-Fudan MBA Program builds on over 12 years of joint BI-Fudan experience in educating professional managers in China and can therefore offer a unique competence and expertise.

The mission of the BI-Fudan MBA program is to combine the expertise of BI Norwegian School of Management and School of Management, FudanUniversity in seeking excellence in business education, and to help the students to manage business development.

Objective
The objective of the program is to prepare managers to take on challenges and manage change by giving them the capability to control and develop their business in turbulent environments. Technological developments and the rapid development of the market place ever greater demands on our business leaders. To master the challenges that new opportunities and new developments create, modern managers must have the best mix of theoretical knowledge and practical understanding of how people and organizations work.

Program Description
A 2-year Part-time Program
The BI-Fudan MBA Program consists of 15 course modules, where each module is taught for 4 full days, including Saturday and Sunday at an interval of about a five-week period. In addition, the students have to write a project thesis. The total length of the program is 2 years. All the teaching will take place at School of Management, FudanUniversity in Shanghai.

Teaching and Study Methods
·Taught in English, by outstanding faculty from BI Norwegian School of Management and School of Management, FudanUniversity in Shanghai.
·To facilitate an optional learning experience, the school has in place a co-teaching system, in which Chinese teachers are assigned to provide additional coaching.
·Interactive case studies, emphasis on teamwork and sharing of experiences, closely connected with Chinese environment and business practice.

Courses Structure and Duration
·A part-time program
·15 course modules
·Every module consists of 4 days of class (Saturdays and Sundays included) every 5 weeks
·Project thesis (40% of the total grades)
