Established in 1989 under the support of Ministry of Education, the bi-monthly academic periodical “Research & Development Management” (CN31-1599/G3, and ISSN1004-8308) is dedicated to publicizing management-themed theses on scientific research and technical development and application, such as technical development policy, technical innovation, knowledge management, intellectual property rights. The editor-in-chief is Professor ZHENG Shaolian, dean emeritus of Fudan’s School of Management.
