The Department of Accounting enjoys a history of more than 70 years, and has cultivated a considerable number of well-known accounting scholars, certified public accountant and senior management professionals both home and abroad. Currently, the department has 3 teaching and research groups, including Financial Accounting, Managerial and Cost Accounting, and International Accounting. There are now 13 faculty members working at the department, including 3 full professors, 3 associate professors, and 7 lecturers.

The department grants Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree and Doctor’s Degree, enabling students to practice accounting according to the international accounting rules; at the same time, the department conducts teaching with concerns on national examinations on certified public accountants, equipping students with necessary capabilities to deal with practices in foreign companies, multinationals, accounting firms and publicly listed companies.
